The eBlocker Support Forum

Welcome to the eBlocker support forum.

The support forum offers a German and an English user interface. At the top and bottom of the page you can easily select the preferred language.

The support forum offers you the possibility to browse the FAQs and the knowledge base.

You can search the complete support forum – that includes the FAQs, the knowledge base and the community area - for answers.

Registered users can communicate with other eBlocker users in the community area. All questions or suggestions submitted to the community will also be read and answered by our support team.

If you are looking for direct contact to our support team, you can submit your questions here without registration. Of course you can also contact our support team via the e-mail address support@eblocker.com.

Before you contact our support team directly, please read the article "Contact eBlocker Support" in the knowledge base.

We ask you to comply with the following rules and guidelines, when posting a new post to our community or when replying to a post.

• If you have any criticism, please make sure that you publish it in a constructive way.
• Please write in a way that respects other users.

• Please use an appropriate and descriptive subject for your posting.
