How to delete the eBlocker (HTTPS) certificate in Windows

Open a command console e.g. with the Keys [Windows]+[R]. Type in the command certmgr.msc and choose "ok" or press [Enter]. The certificate store will show and you may choose the branch "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" the eBlocker certificate will be visible and you can choose "delete" from the context menu. Don't get bothered by the harsh warning. You are easily able to install the certificate again if necessary. Finally you may close the certificate store window.

How to delete the eBlocker (HTTPS) certificate from Mozilla Firefox

Open the options menu in your Firefox browser and choose "Privacy & Security". On the page scroll down to the Security - Certificates section. Click at the button "View Certificates" and in the Certificate Manager on the tab Authorities you may choose the eBlocker certificate
and click on Delete or Distrust and confirm this action. Don't worry you are always able to install the certificate again if you have one of our eBlockers with a valid license.

How to delete the eBlocker (HTTPS) certificate from Apple macOS device

Choose “Utilities” within the Applications Folder. Then open “Keychain Access App”
On the left you may select Keychain "System" and Category "Certificates" then you can select the eBlocker certificate on the right. In its context menu click on "delete". You may be asked for the administrators’ password. Then you can close the current windows.
